Lost Control of Back Legs

Romeo was given to me a little over 3 years ago.... On February 16, 2012 Romeo was diagnosed with intervertebral disc disease.  He was prescribed numerous medications and gained some ground, but in less than a month took a rapid decline and he lost all control of his back legs.  To see him in so much pain was unbearable. I felt lost, and to even pet him seemed to irritate him.  I struggled with the decision if it was right for me to want to so desperately hang on... Read the rest of Romeo's Story Here...

Unable to Run and Play, Lost Energy

.....My little buddy Milo had quite the year. I woke up one morning to find an ice cold and nearly lifeless dog in his kennel. We flew to the emergency vet where his life would change for quite some time....  Milo was not able to get around.  He could no longer lift his leg or squat to go to the bathroom, he was unable to run and play with his brothers like he used to, and he couldn’t get up on the low couch to cuddle anymore. He had lost much of his mobility due to the long treatment course with limited activity. Milo lost his spunk and zest for life....

We were told that this was the best he was going to be. We thought well this is no life for an energetic, fun loving, playful dog.  We began to question his quality of life and euthanasia came across the table. After realizing how much we had invested already and how much we obviously couldn’t part with him, we decided to try one last effort.  I was given Dr. Stacy Land’s contact info from a tech at our vet. We figured we had nothing left to lose...  Read the rest of Milo's Amazing turnaround Here...

Limping Pain

“In late October our 10 year old yellow lab, Sadie, came home from playing with her buddies next door. She was obviously in pain and was limping on her front right leg. Over the next several days her limp worsened. Anytime that she would get up from lying down she could barely walk. The vet recommended putting her on pain killers and to ensure that she rests. The limping continued over the next several weeks and did not seem to get any better.

I was referred to Dr. Stacy Land in early December. While I will readily admit that at first I was skeptical bringing a dog to a chiropractor, I soon found out that it was the best decision we have ever made with regards to caring for our dog.... Read Sadie's Recovery Here....

Vet Suggested Surgery

On January 3rd our sweet little dog Chloe- a Shitzu poodle mix-woke in the morning with a slight limp in one hind leg.....  We were told surgery could possibly cost between $3,000-$6,000- and there would be no guarantee that she would walk again or regain bowel and bladder control.   We were so frustrated.  We love our animals so much and want to do all we can to help but we knew we could not take on that kind of financial burden.

The vet then suggested we could try taking Chloe to an animal chiropractor, but she had doubts of anyone that would take on her care because of her being paralyzed.  It was our last chance for Chloe so we took it.....  Read how Chloe walked without surgery...

Lethargy and Pain

“Dr. Stacy Land has done wonders for my dog Etta.  After several months of lethargy and "non-specific" pain, I began to research alternative remedies.  When we met Dr. Stacy, she listened to my concerns and worked well with Etta very gently.  Quickly, I saw Etta's disposition change....  Read the Rest of the Story Here...

Loss of Strength

“We first brought our 8 yr. old Boxer, Kamikazi to see Dr. Stacy after we noticed her limping on her left-hind leg. We checked for external injuries and found none. We found Dr. Land through Canine Crossings were we purchase our dog food....  Read More about Kamikazi Here....
